Kaia uses world leading AI technology and is developed and hosted in Germany. Both, data collection and processing, follow the rules of EU's GDPR. We have valid data processing agreements with all of our partners, including providers such as Microsoft, Open AI and Make.com.
Conversation Builder
Never use Workflow Builder again! Customer journeys often have a fixed destination to which the interaction should lead. With Kaia, these can easily be stored in text form.
Web Crawling
How does the content get into the customer assistant? One of the most powerful tools is web crawling: Simply enter the URL and Kaia collects all the data, converts it into a vector database and stores it as a file that will be accessible for our AI.
Image Recognition
Our platform is able to analyse images and PDFs in just a few seconds and use them for personalised recommendations. Even photographed texts and tables are reliably recognised.
Surveys
